As adults, we don’t often tend to or notice our inner child. When we do, we can better understand her. What does she need? What was missing for her? As a middle child in a large Catholic and patriarchal family, I lived all the way through my twenties with a slew of self-limiting beliefs. Beliefs that perpetuated shame and self-blame. Ugh.

Today, as an Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coach and writer, I am so grateful to have some tools to dismantle that internal sh*t storm. I am slowly releasing many of those bumpy, dumpy, outdated beliefs about myself. By taking good care of my inner child and listening to what she had to say, I began retelling my/her story from a place of empowerment.

This session offers you the chance to meet your inner child, listen to what she has to say, and use the wisdom of your present-day self to reclaim her story. You don’t have to believe your bumpy, dumpy, outdated beliefs any longer. You can stand in our power and reclaim your story.  Bring a pen, paper, and (if you have it) a memento from your childhood.
